Do I need to book accommodation to hold my event or wedding at KALIDO?
No, you do not have to book Twinpalms accommodation in order to host your event at KALIDO. However, we do offer three nearby resorts:

• Twinpalms Tented Camp Phuket

Can I use my own external caterer?
Absolutely, you are welcome to bring an outside caterer. Alternatively, you may use our in-house chef and operations team, who can deliver fully customised menus (including Halal and Kosher options).
What is the maximum guest capacity?
For a seated meals we can host up to 150 guests; and for cocktails / canapés, the capacity is up to 400 guests.
When is the venue available?
KALIDO is available 7 days a week, from 12 noon – midnight; making it ideal for daytime, sunset and evening events.
Is there an on-site event support team for setup, audio/visual, décor, etc.?
Yes, we provide a dedicated events team that works with you on logistics, set-up, staging, lighting, AV, décor and more to bring your vision to life. Additional vendors are also welcome (with coordination).
